Welcome to the New Concrete Home Building Council
The Concrete Home Building Council (CHBC) is your voice and resource for all cement-based building products and systems for residential, multifamily, and light commercial construction. At Home with Concrete, the monthly e-newsletter of CHBC, will keep you abreast of issues, trends, and news regarding all facets of this segment of the industry.
Who Are We?
CHBC was formed as a partnership between NAHB and several associations representing all facets of cement-based building materials. As concrete construction moves above-grade, the CHBC will stand at the forefront of the industry as a representative, advocate, and information resource.
CHBC is led by Dawn Faull. Faull joined NAHB in April of this year as CHBC's program manager, leaving her former position as marketing director for the Arizona Masonry Guild. Prior to that she was the executive director of the Arizona Concrete Contractor's Association.
What to Expect Each Month?
You will receive At Home with Concrete, the monthly electronic newsletter published by CHBC. At Home with Concrete will include articles and features of interest to all sectors of the residential construction industry. Some of the issues to covered will be: foundations & basements, sidewalks & patios, driveways, decorative & stamped concrete, above grade wall systems, roofing & siding and much more.
Some articles will be reprinted from other industry association communications or other NAHB publications; some will be exclusive to At Home with Concrete. Each issue will appeal to all facets of our industry and be full of fresh information, tips, and updates.
