Concrete Home Building Council Awards Dell Hand Held

World of Concrete
Visit the Concrete Home Building Council in booth 551 in the Producer Center, at the 2005 World of Concrete in Las Vegas immediately following the International Builders Show. Come learn from the experts, the CHBC will be holding a one hour "Industry Insights" at the show on Tuesday, January 18 from 2 - 3 pm at the Las Vegas Convention Center in rooms N235 & N241.

Concrete Home Building Council Members Win
At the 2004 BSC SHOWCASE Awards, three of the concrete council members won awards: In the Excellence In Marketing Awards for a Manufacturer Web Site, Reward Walls received Homorable Mention. In the System Builder Category for homes over 2,200 sq ft. Merlin Contracting and Rufty Homes tied for the top prize.

Performance with Permeable Interlocking Concrete Pavements
A small residential subdivision near the southeastern coast of Connecticut imparts a big message about the potential pllution reduction from permeable interlocking concrete pavements (PICPs). Glen Brook Green subdivision in Waterford, Connecticut, includes over 15,000 square feet of PICP driveways and roads. (more)

2005 Residential Design Symposium in Orlando
