The traditional looking homes below are anything but. They are field assembled in any weather from ICPs (R-19 insulated concrete panels) reinforced with C-GRID, a novel reinforcement made using carbon and epoxy. This is the same high strength material used in the aerospace industry — seven times stronger than steel by weight and non-corrosive. One is hard-pressed to believe these homes are not made of wood, but every exterior and structural component is either concrete or composite that comes with a lifetime warranty.

Inside is a different story; a clear span space surrounded by fastener friendly© predrilled studs on standard centers, open cavity floor joists for simple MEP & HVAC runs, composite framed rough openings placed where you want them — everything else ready for traditional field fit out and finishing using your choices for interior partitions, fixtures, flooring, wall board and wood trim using the same tools you already have.
