  Energy Efficiency Meets Sustainability

The Southern California Gas Co-Savings By Design Program, is Co-Sponsoring a Green Building educational event & seminar entitled: “Insulated Concrete Walls-Energy Efficiency Meets Sustainability”.

Under the auspices of the California Public Utilities Commision and funded by California Utility Customers, this program is administered by the Southern California Gas Co.

In recognition of the durability, sustainability and energy efficiency of insulated concrete walls, this event will incorporate hands-on demonstrations, project studies, affiliated products and services, and presentations by some of the best and brightest in the ICF Industry on the West Coast.
 
Featured speakers will include:

  • Lesley Miles, Weston Miles Architecture, DSA process and LEED process -public schools built with ICF.
  • Mike Taylor, Townsend Architecture, large commercial and institutional ICF friendly design applications.
  • Dave Gowers, Dave Gowers Engineering, ICF engineering practice and principles
  • Bill Kriz, Building Systems Management Energy Use Analysis, Prop 47 Rebate Funding, the new Title 24, and how ICF’s make a difference
  • Chuck Toledo, Toledo Design and Development, Residential ICF Design -do’s and dont’s.
