Showcasing CONCRETE HOMES
Don't miss your chance, this weekend, for Severe Weather Awareness Week, people will have the opportunity to visit over 70 storm resistant homes and commercial buildings featured in the first ever Minnesota State-Wide Concrete Home Open House. This open house event is being sponsored by the Aggregate and Ready Mix Association of Minnesota (ARM). The goal of the open house is to provide greater awareness of the safety provided by concrete homes constructed with insulated concrete forms (ICFs).

Concrete Homes Featured in the Open House will be:
- New homes - just completed
- Homes completed within the last few years
- Homes under construction
- Completed homes that are not open to showing but are available for drive by viewing
- Demonstrations at Ready Mix Sites
Objectives of the Concrete Homes Open House:
- To educate the public of the feasibility of building homes with ICF's
- To inform the public of the energy efficiency of living in an ICF home
- Highlight safety, security & health benefits of ICF construction
- To show off the number of concrete homes that have been built in Minnesota along with showing the beauty and flexible design that can be accomplished with ICF's
