Sunset Trails IV “Innovative Concrete Living”

5 Investors, LLC is proud to introduce to the Greater Phoenix Area “Innovative Concrete Living.”  This will  be the first all-concrete production home subdivision in the State of Arizona and will consist of 34 concrete homes at 40th Avenue and Lone Cactus.

These homes will range in size from 3,000 to 4,000 sq. ft, will be territorial in design, and include full furnished basements.  The uniqueness of these innovative homes is the fact that they are built of poured concrete walls using insulated concreted forms (ICF) manufactured by ARXX Building Products.

“Innovative Concrete Living” provides:

 Energy Efficiency (at least a 40% reduction in heating & cooling costs)
 Lower cost Mechanical Equipment: Smaller air conditioning systems
 Built-to-Last Homes
 Lower Maintenance
 No wood to attract termites
 Fire Retardant (lower insurance premiums)
 No wood/ moisture/ mold
 Secure – Quiet: withstands fire, hurricanes and tornadoes
 Environmentally friendly, green build (save trees)

E=mc²   (Energy Efficiency = The Mass of Concrete Construction)
