Planning to Exhibit at IBS in 2010? Save Money by Booking Space Now!
The cost to exhibit at the 2010 International Builders' Show has dropped significantly for those who make an early commitment to the conference.
NAHB has recently approved an unprecedented multi-million dollar cost reduction initiative for the 2010 IBS which will be held January 19-22, in Las Vegas. This new initiative offers companies deep discounts and potential savings.
Potential exhibitors: please take a moment to review the important information below to learn more about this bold new initiative. Also note that this cost reduction initiative is only available until June 5, and that exhibit space is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
Lower exhibit space rate
The price for exhibit space has dropped from $39.50 per square foot to $36.00 per square foot. This represents an 8.8% reduction in exhibit space cost.
Smaller deposit
The required deposit amount to reserve exhibit space has been lowered from 50% to 35% for exhibitors who sign up before June 5.
Longer financing
The balance due payment term has increased from 30 days from the invoice date to 90 days. There is a 25% non-refundable fee associated with any cancellation, and there are no refunds whatsoever for cancellations received after June 5.
Freeman 'Discount Allowance'
In addition to lowered exhibit space cost, we have worked with our official show contractor The Freeman Companies in discounting show services. Discounts can range from between 30% to 50% depending on the size of your exhibit space. Discounts will be available on such services such as carpeting, labor, material handling, furniture, etc. but excluding transportation and Electrical services.
No other industry affects as many sectors of the US economy as housing. And that is why NAHB is taking extraordinary measures to encourage exhibitors to participate in the 2010 IBS during these extraordinary times.
Carefully consider taking advantage of this new 2010 IBS Cost Reduction Initiative and joining us as a 2010 IBS exhibitor.
