Architects and designers may submit residential projects completed after January 1, 2000. Other building industry professionals may submit projects on behalf of an architect or designer.

A panel of respected design professionals will select Grand and Merit award winners from entrants in 14 categories. One project will be chosen from among the built winners as the Best Project of the Year. All award-winning projects will be featured in the May 2005 issue of residential architect
There is a fee of $125 per entry in categories 1-9. The fee for categories 10-14 is $95.
December 6, 2004 — Entry form and fee due. - EXTENDED DEADLINE! January 5, 2005 — Completed binders due.
