Editor... In this issue: Instructor Training Available November & JanuaryIn partnership with the Concrete Home Building Council of the National Association of Home Builders' (NAHB), National Concrete Masonry Association (NCMA) has co-developed the NAHB course, with the Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute (ICPI), on: 1) “Best Practices for Concrete Pavers and Segmental Retaining Wall Systems”; and NCMA also developed 2) “Concrete Masonry Home Building”. To become authorized to deliver these courses to home builders an interested person must complete NAHB's Train the Trainer and the course to which he/she would like to teach. To help facilitate this, NCMA and ICPI are offering both these courses in conjunction with NAHB's Train the Trainer, November 28 - 30, 2006 at NCMA's training facility in Hernodon, VA. The cost of the entire, two-day program is $440 for NCMA Members and ICPI Members, and $540 for non-members. To register, or for more information about this program, please contact NCMA’s Residential Market Manager, Harry Junk, at hjunk@ncma.org. Or download the registration here.
