NEW TV Spots Promote Home Buying

NAHB has produced three new television ads for members and HBAs to use on local television stations to promote the many benefits of buying a home today. View the ads here.

The ads tell consumers that with today's near-record low interest rates, plenty of homes on the market and readily available mortgage funds for borrowers with good credit — the time has never been better to get into the home of their dreams.

Now NAHB members and HBAs that would like to advertise on local television but can’t afford the production costs can place their own message on these ready-to-use spots. Each ad is 30 seconds long, with time and space left at the end for HBAs to have the local station customize it with their logo, Web site address or other information either with a voice-over or on-screen graphics (many local stations will do small edits at no or a limited cost).

E-mail David Falcone in NAHB's production group to request the ad(s) in Beta SP or DVD formats. Requests will be fulfilled on a weekly basis, and tapes/DVDs will be sent by U.S. mail. Please allow sufficient time to process your request.
