Property Management Professionals Can Earn Education Credits at Multi-Housing World
Multifamily housing professionals holding the Registered in Apartment Management (RAM) or Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) designations awarded by the NAHB can earn the continuing education credits needed to keep their designations current at the upcoming Multi-Housing World conference, Sept. 19-21 in Chicago.

“We are proud to partner with Multi-Housing World to offer these cutting-edge educational opportunities,” said Henry Dubro, chairman of the Board of Governors that supervises the RAM program for NAHB and a senior property manager for Cooper Square Realty Inc. in New York, NY.

“The conference will feature a host of educational sessions for multifamily managers, most of which are eligible for continuing education credits under the RAM and HCCP designations.”

RAM is a comprehensive professional designation program for condominium managers and those who develop, own and manage market-rate and affordable apartments. HCCP is a specialized credential for those who develop, own and manage properties built under the low income housing tax credit (LIHTC) program.

Both of these programs are considered the benchmark for education, experience and ethical standards for housing professionals in their respective market segments.

“We are thrilled to be partnering with NAHB and to be offering RAM and HCCP continuing education credits at Multi-Housing World,” said Cory Smith, show director. “This arrangement further enhances the world-class education delivered at the show.”
