Is Your Subscription to Professional Management About to Expire?
Are you an active and current RAM? If not, your Professional Management subscription may be due to expire. How do you know if you are an active/current RAM? You must meet the following criteria:
- Holders of the RAM designation — including Advanced RAMs — must acquire a minimum of 75 points each three-year period in order to maintain their privilege of Program Affiliation. All RAMs must report continuing education activity on their third anniversary with the program. Click Here for a copy of the continuing education profile which outlines how continuing education credits can be earned, and the profile form that must be submitted along with your record of continuing education activity.
- RAM designation and benefits, including Professional MAnagement, is effective for three years, subject to the payment of an annual renewal fee.
Still not sure if you are a RAM in good standing? Do you need information on your RAM renewal and/or continuing education activity? If so, please contact the Professional Designation Help Line at 800-368-5242 x8154, or e-mail raminfo@nahb.com. Please visit www.nahb.org/raminfo for forms and up-to-date information.
