Henry Dubro Honored as the Greater New York RAM of the Year

Henry Dubro, of Cooper Square Realty (left), won the prestigious RAM of the Year Award.

The Associated Builders and Owners of Greater New York presented Henry Dubro, senior property manager at Cooper Square Realty, with the prestigious Registered Apartment Manager (RAM) of the Year Award at its 26th Registered in Apartment Management Awards Cocktail Reception at the Jacob Javits Convention Center in June.

The RAM Board of Governors, in coordination with the National Association of Home Builders, grants the Registered Apartment Manager designation to individuals who have attained the highest standards of experience, education and ethics of the RAM Certification Program.  This award has long been coveted in the industry recognizing personal excellence and outstanding dedication to the property management profession.

David Kuperberg, president of Cooper Square Realty, commented, “Henry has distinguished himself as one of the industry’s best.  We are proud to have such a talented and respected manager as part of our team of professionals.”

Recognized as New York’s pre-eminent property management firm, Cooper Square Realty manages a portfolio consisting over 150 buildings with an aggregate asset value of more than $2.5 billion.  The company’s services include property management, real estate sales and leasing, mortgage and insurance brokerage, project management and consulting.
