  New Master Level CGR Designation

We need your feedback!

Are you interested in taking your CGR a step further to the next level? Would you be interested in a master level designation for the CGR?

The master level CGR designation — Master CGR, MCGR, or "other universal designation" — would allow existing recognized and approved designation holders to attain recognition for their commitment to educational excellence and longevity in the construction business.

To obtain the Master CGR a candidate would be required to have held a designation for a certain time and successfully complete additional education courses. It would require the potential designee to have attained a designation from NAHB as a CGR, from NARI as a CR, from NKBA as a CKD or CBD or possibly others.

In order to develop this new designation program we need to hear your thoughts on it. Please e-mail your responses back no later than March 22:

  1. How long have you been a CGR?

  2. What do you see is the value of developing a new master level designation?

  3. What does your designation mean to you?

  4. Would you be interested in seeking the new master level designation if it is developed?

Help us to help you get an edge over all remodelers no matter which association they got their credentials from or when.

Please take just a minute to email your responses now to mbenik@nahb.com. Your input will make a difference. Thank you in advance! [ return to top ]
