A service of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), the Home Technology Alliance (HTA) is an initiative formed to serve as a resource for NAHB’s membership on matters related to electronic integration and home technology products and services for the housing industry. The HTA is committed to providing education that demonstrates how electronic integration and home technology services can improve the quality, marketability and value of homes built and remodeled by the housing industry.

NAHB is asking that all home builders (Custom, Small Volume, Production, Multifamily), remodelers, associates and installers who are currently involved in home technologies or are interested in additional information contact the HTA. In addition, Executive OfficersWomen's Council and 20 Club members are also highly encouraged to participate and share HTA resources with their stakeholders.
