Speaker Bio: Matt Carter, Owner and Founder of Encore Technology + Design

Speaker Bio; Utz Baldwin, President, AD Systems

As president of AD Systems in Houston Texas, Utz's primary focus is on industry development, raising awareness of CEDIA and elevating the standards of installation practices. His career spans 19 years in the consumer electronics industry with the majority of time spent in the custom installation field. After managing the custom installation division for several years, Utz founded Acoustic Design Inc. Currently, Utz is serving on CEDIA's Executive Committee as President, he chairs the CEDIA Management Conference committee, Electronic Lifestyles Forum, as well as being a CEDIA Certified Instructor. Utz has presented to NAHB, ASID, AIA, AIBD, and at events such as CEDIA EXPO, and EHX.
