  New Sections, New Ideas

Here are some of the enhancements you can expect:

Builders/Remodelers &the ESC Experience: Member Project Profile

  • In this section, an NAHB builder or remodeler member summarizes a home technology project and the experience of working with an electronic systems contractor (ESC). The write up will highlight how the member decided to make home technology a part of their business, what they learned from the project, and how the ESC selection process and working relationship evolved.

TrendWatch: What You Need to Know and Why

  • Home building and installed home technology are dynamic industries. To help our newsletter readers stay current, this section will summarize emerging and existing trends and tips for home builders about how to take advantage of them.

Point/Counterpoint: The View from Both Sides

  • To increase understanding of each other’s fields, we’ll recruit a builder/remodeler and an ESC to give both views of a particular topic. It may be a trend, technology, or installation process. Regardless, readers will benefit from an insider’s view from both camps.

HTA Tip: Did you know . . .

  • Keeping to the solution based theme, builders and ESCs will provide concise How Tos.

Our goal is to provide you with timely, solution-based information to improve your business!
