Integrated Home Level II Gold Technical

The client wished to create an integrated environment when renovating two apartments into one. All sub-systems were to be controlled by a Crestron control system, including audio, video, HVAC, shades, network, with integration to the building intercom. For lighting control, Lutron Sivoia shades provide whisper quiet operation and effectively manage natural light and heat by the astronomical time clock feature of the control processor. With quality interior design, creating scenes with the right light levels enhances the décor. Interior design, aesthetics, and seamless integration were of the utmost priority.

Having an integrated kitchen was also important to the homeowner. Simple operation of the kitchen display is enabled by a lift operated by the control system. With one button press of a TV source, DVD or cable box from the remote or the touch pane,l the TV rises and the correct input is automatically selected. The television then stores neatly for a clean aesthetic look.  Interior design, aesthetics, and seamless integration were of the utmost priority.
