Audio Seminar: Builder Financing, Working With Your Lender in the Credit Crunch

Program Description

Builders are reporting an adverse shift in terms and availability on loans for acquisition, development and single family construction (AD&C) and builders with outstanding loans are facing mounting challenges.

Banking experts will cover the current environment for single-family residential construction lending and describe potential strategies, alternatives and hazards for both performing and non-performing credits.  In addition, a real estate attorney will discuss potential legal options that may be available to builders.
