• Awards Application Deadline for Historic Rehabilitation Projects — July 15

The fourth annual J. Timothy Anderson Awards for Excellence in Historic Rehabilitation is accepting applications for entry until July 15. The “Timmy” awards, given by the National Housing & Rehabilitation Association, honor outstanding rehabilitation and preservation projects based on overall design and quality, interpretation and respect of historic elements, impact on the community, and financial and market success. A multi-disciplinary panel of judges with expertise in architecture, real estate development, construction, public policy, and historic preservation will review all entries. Anyone familiar with a deserving project is invited to submit an application today! Winners will be recognized at an awards ceremony on at the 2008 NH&RA Fall Meeting in Boston, MA (tentatively scheduled for October 27-28).

• Fall Board 2008
  
  The 2008 Fall Board of Directors Meeting will be held at the San Diego Marriot Hotel and Marina, 333 West Harbor Drive, San Diego, CA, September 23-26. Online registration for the Fall Board of Directors Meeting will open in mid to late July.
   
  Committee meetings will begin on Wednesday, September 24 and the Board of Directors Meeting will take place on Friday, September 26. No Meetings are presently scheduled for September 27 or 28.
