The NAHB staff continues to negotiate lower hotel rates and any savings will be passed along to you regardless of when you book your room. For example, if the hotel block room rate is $180 a night when you make your reservation today but a lower NAHB room block rate becomes available in the future, you will receive the lower rate upon check-out.
