From the Editor
Dear LANDS Members,
As you know, the LANDS Network provides a cross-exchange of information with other attorneys who have confronted the precise land use and environmental issues that you may be confronting right now. The LANDS Alerts allow you to stay on the cutting edge of what is happening at the forefront of land use and environmental laws in the courts, on Capitol Hill, and the federal agencies. We appreciate your contributions to making the LANDS Network a valuable resource for members of the development community that includes both large and small builders, developers, and related fields all involved in housing residents in your respective communities.
As a member of the LANDS Network, we invite you to submit articles for inclusion in the LANDS Letter, as well as updates on cases you are tracking or are involved in that other LANDS Network members would be interested in hearing about.
For this issue of the LANDS Letter, we wanted to draw your attention to a "print all" function on our newsletters that some of you may not have noticed in the previous edition of the LANDS Letters. If you decide you would like to print all the articles at once and read them later, first click on an article, then on the lower left column of the screen, under all of the articles, you will see two printer icon buttons. The first icon will print the article currently on the screen and the second will print all articles. We hope you find this added function useful.
If you decide to forward us articles or case updates, you may forward them to my attention at fwatson@nahb.com.
Sincerely,
Felicia Watson, Staff Counsel
