Steven M. Dalton is a partner in Giordano, Halleran & Ciesla's Environmental Department. He has diversified environmental regulatory and litigation experience. His background includes water, wetland, and solid waste permitting, and local land use compliance, permitting, and litigation.

Mr. Dalton is a member of the state bars of New York and New Jersey. He is a graduate of State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry and received his Juris Doctor from Pace University School of Law.

Ari B. Pollack is a shareholder-director of Gallagher, Callahan & Gartrell, PA. He represents business, land use development, and environmental clients on a variety of land use permitting, environmental, and litigation matters.

Mr. Pollack is a member of the bar of the State of New Hampshire and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. He graduated from Colgate University and received his Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law.
