Revenue Sharing : Is this TOO Easy or What?
What?Through April 2005, 212 local and state building associations have signed up for the NAHB Revenue Sharing Program.

Last month's edition of the Member Advantage Update announced the number of participants and payout for 2004.

Participants simply went to the Member Advantage Tool Kit and scrolled down to the the NAHB Revenue Sharing sign-up form

Then they completed the form and clicked on SUBMIT. 

It's that simple.

To take full advantage of the links in this newsletter, you must be logged in to www.nahb.org.

But make sure that your members have this important advantage as well — members-only access. Then your members will have their own connection to the latest housing industry news and information from the official public and members-only Web site of NAHB.

Other News

  • Local and state association staff across the country are also eligible for great deals from GM.  To ensure that your staff members are included, EOs should submit an HBA employee roster to gmaffinity@nahb.com in an Excel format.  Include the following seven fields:

Name, Street Address 2nd Address (if applicable or leave blank), City,  State,  Zip, Phone Number

Send the HBA employee roster along with any questions, to gmaffinity@nahb.com .

The GM database will be refreshed every month with new members and staff. To be eligible for the GM Supplier Pricing Program, participants'  names must be in the GM database.  This database is used by GM dealers when they provide qualified participants with GM Preferred Supplier Pricing.
