Over $75,000 revenue share goes to participating local and state HBAs

By the end of March, checks will be mailed to HBAs participating in the NAHB Revenue Sharing program.

The grand total of revenue to be sent to HBA’s: $76,496.01.  This represents a 32% increase over last year.    

How do these HBAs earn this revenue?  By promoting the entire Member Advantage program, starting with their HBA home page and by going to the Member Advantage Toolkit www.nahb.org/matoolkit to get free communication tools that really work -- some of which are highlighted in this edition of The Member Advantage Update. 

By promoting programs such as GM, Paychex, NEBS, Pitney Bowes and Williams Scotsman, they've learned that the Member Advantage program means more than big savings for our members.   Click here if your association needs to be signed up.

Paychex provides another important benefit for your member companies

As a service to NAHB-affiliated builder associations across the country, Paychex offers Continuing Professional Education (CPE) seminars for your member companies and their accounting professionals.

Seminars include topics such as Payroll Taxes for New Business Start-ups, Business Entities and Employee Benefits; Workers’ Compensation; Employee versus Independent Contractor; and Managing Human Resource Issues.

Seminars are available wherever there is a Paychex office, and CPE seminars and associated credits are free of charge to accounting professionals. Each seminar is updated on an annual basis. Accounting professionals are required to obtain CPE credits in order to renew their CPA licenses.
