To participate in the 2007 GM NAHB $500 Exclusive Offer, members and HBA staff will need a proof of membership document. They can easily create their own by going to www.nahb.org/ma and clicking on the GM logo. Members must have a www.nahb.org login.

Populate the customizable document with the new member’s information.

Print this authorization document on HBA letterhead. Keep a photocopy in your file.

Fax this document to the member as well as to Tiffany Smith (202-266-8559).

The member should present this document to a participating GM dealer to realize the $500 savings.
Please remember that this exclusive $500 GM offer is only available to dues-paying members and builder association staff. HBAs will be invoiced membership fees for authorizations provided to anyone other than a dues-paying member or builder association staff member.
If you signed up your HBA for the GM revenue share program in 2006, you do NOT need to sign up again for 2007.
