Top SMCs Lauded at the 2005 Nationals Awards Gala
The Nationals winners were the spotlight during the gala on January 13, and the top SMCs were presented with Gold Awards.

The Nationals — the National Sales and Marketing Awards honored the best and brightest in new home sales and marketing, product design, advertising, and more at the gala event during the International Builders’ Show in Orlando. Three SMCs were also honored with Gold Awards as the top SMCs across the country.

The Gold winners are:

• Under 250 Members
  SMC of Lexington Home Builders Association, Lexington, Kentucky   
   
• 250 to 500 Members
  SMC of Collier Builders Association, Collier County, Florida  
    
  
• Over 500 Members
  Triangle SMC, Raleigh, North Carolina
