The clock is ticking, but there still is time to enter the 2008 Best of 50+ Housing Awards, the premier design and marketing competition for the seniors housing industry. The deadline to submit your entries is Friday, Feb. 29 ... so don't miss out!

Presented by the NAHB 50+ Housing Council, the Best of 50+ Housing Awards honors builders, developers, architects, designers and marketing professionals involved in 50+ housing market. Enter your community designs, model merchandising, and advertising and marketing efforts. There are more than 50 categories in all., including:

Best Logo
Best Community Brochure
Best Direct Mail Piece/Campaign
Best Web Site
Best Black and White Print Advertisement and Best Color Print Advertisement
Best Radio Commercial
Best Television Commercial
Best Sales Center
Best Design Center
Best Special Promotion

Active adult categories range from overall community and clubhouse design to condominium unit design and model home merchandising. Other design categories include assisted living, congregate/independent living, continuing care retirement communities, mixed-use, multifamily housing, renovated housing and special-needs housing.

The Best of 50+ Housing Awards gala ceremony will take place Tuesday, May 20, during the 2008 Building for Boomers & Beyond: 50+ Housing Symposium^SMat the Sheraton New Orleans Hotel in New Orleans, La. The Symposium is the premier networking and educational event for professionals serving the 50+ housing market.
