As the leading advocate and resource for quality standards in residential construction, the NHQ Awards speak highly of your customer-focused quality consciousness and your ability to manage your business at the highest standard.

Patterned after the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award, the NHQ Award represents the highest recognition by the housing industry for quality achievement. Each year, NHQ Award applicants are judged by panels of experts who evaluate the role that customer-focused quality plays in construction, business management, sales, design, and warranty service. Winners and non-winners benefit from a comprehensive evaluative report from the judges that provides insightful feedback and suggestions for improving business processes.

NHQ Award winners will be announced at the 2007 Professional Builder Benchmark Conference, and are featured in a series of Professional Builder magazine articles that highlight their quality management principles and best practices. Winners also participate in a highly-attended NHQ Award panel discussion held annually at the International Builders' Show.

Sponsored by the NAHB Research Center and Professional Builder, the NHQ Awards are open to all U.S. residential builders and trade contractors.
