The northern California (Sacramento) division of national builder K. Hovnanian Homes (NYSE: HOV) was awarded the nation’s latest NHQ Certified Builder designation following a rigorous NAHB Research Center audit of the implementation of their quality assurance systems. The division is the second certified for the publicly-owned builder, which was ranked among the FORTUNE 500 for 2007.
