2005 Remodelors Council Leadership Workshop
All current and future leaders of the more than 150 Remodelors Councils across the country are invited to attend a FREE workshop designed just for you at the 2005 Remodeling Show in Baltimore on Wednesday, Oct.12, 1:00-5 p.m.
In particular, we are pleased to share with you for the first time, a workshop that you can take back to your local Remodelors Council for use at your meetings. The Associate Member Blueprint will teach your Associate members how to get involved and make the most of their membership in the Remodelors Council.
As you know, many Associates join the Remodelors Council hoping to get business from remodeler members. However, once they join many aren't sure what to do. With this training program, you will not only teach them how to get the most out of their membership but you will learn best how to take advantage of the resources Associate members have to offer.
You will leave the program with a CD Power Point presentation and a workbook to go along with it that you can use at your Remodelors Council meetings. The Associate Member Blueprint will be presented by national leaders of the Remodelors Council.
Presenters include:
- Don Novak, CGR, CAPS, a remodeler from Cedar Rapids, Iowa who is the 2005 NAHB Remodelors Council Chairman
- Beverly Koehn, president of Beverly Koehn Associates
- Carroll Bogard, Manager, Trade Segment Marketing of Pella Corporation and chairman of the Remodelors Council Business Associates Committee
The Associate Member Blueprint will be followed by a panel discussion of Remodelors Council leaders who will share their secrets of successful programs that insure popular, well-attended Remodelors Council meetings. These programs might be on popular speakers, public relations programs, member recruitment and retention, consumer seminars, education programs, home shows, or parades of remodeled homes.
And, of course, we will end the program with the very popular free reception with snacks, beer, wine and other refreshments!
