Affiliate membership offers employees or partners of a NAHB member’s company to join NAHB and receive similar benefits at a reduced dues investment. NAHB recently changed the dues structure for this membership opportunity. Effective March 1, the national third of an Affiliate’s dues investment is $5. Local and state HBAs are encouraged to establish their own affordable membership dues structure.
