CAPS, CGR and CGP Courses Offered at The Remodeling Show
An investment in knowledge is an investment in yourself, your business and ultimately, your clients’ homes. Set this chain in motion by attending pre-show courses from the NAHB University of Housing at The Remodeling Show in Indianapolis on Oct. 27-30.

In today’s economy, you need to stand out from your competition and show off your professional credibility. More efficient scheduling can help you complete jobs on time; learning ways to market to aging-in-place clients can help you better meet your clients’ needs; gaining green building skills gives you another marketable talent — and these courses earn credit towards the Certified Graduate Remodeler (CGR), Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS) or Certified Green Professional (CGP) designations, as well as continuing education credit for current designation holders.

When you take a pre-show course, you won’t just sit listening to a lecture. Instructors relate topics back to their careers in housing and encourage students to discuss their own experiences. You’ll interact with the other participants — professionals facing the challenges of today’s remodeling market — and share perspectives, solutions and tricks of the trade.

If you’re about to start, or are already working on an NAHB designation, but not sure which courses you need to take, call The Professional Designation Help Line at 800-368-5242 x8154 or email designations@nahb.com.
