in Under the Microscope, A Case Study: Creating an Infill Active Adult Neighborhood from noon - 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 30. Ralph Spargo, general manager of Standard Pacific Gallery Communities, and the rest of his Standard Pacific team will share their experiences in the brainstorming, construction, and marketing of Talega, a 283-unit active adult community in San Clemente, CA. Tee it up at the first-ever Symposium Golf Tournament

The Inaugural Seniors Housing Symposium Golf Tournament will take place 1 - 6 p.m. Sunday, April 27, at the beautiful Indian Wells Golf Resort, located next door to the Renaissance Esmeralda Resort & Spa. Have fun on the links while networking with fellow Symposium attendees. Registration fee is $150 per person, which includes greens fees, car rental, light snacks, and prizes. A Symposium favorite is the annual community bus tour, which will run from 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday, April 28. The Palm Springs area is referred to as one big seniors housing community. Visit several of the country's leading active adult and seniors communities and see quality examples of community design, model design, and model merchandising. Participating communities include Heritage Palms by Lennar Family of Builders, Seasons at Mira Flora by LINC Housing, Sun City Palm Desert by Del Webb and Trilogy at La Quinta by Shea Homes for Active Adults.
