You Have Access to Exclusive, Valuable 50-Plus Research

Visit the new Seniors Research section at www.nahb.org/50plusResearch. This new member benefit, which is exclusive to Seniors Housing Council members, provides NAHB and other industry research on active adult and seniors housing in an easily accessible, downloadable format.

Four sections of research currently are available: Migration Studies, Consumer Preferences, Industry Research and Profiles, and NAHB Builder Survey on Seniors Housing. Each section offers multiple studies, articles, and research articles on active adult and seniors housing.

View the Migration Studies to determine if 55+ consumers are relocating to a new geographic area or staying "closer to home." The Consumer Preferences section offers profiles of 55+ consumers and their preferences. Industry Research and Profiles delves into topics such as the economic impact of building an active adult project and the overall wealth and income of older Americans. Finally, the Builder Survey section gives the results of two surveys that asked builders how they perceive this market.

Check back often as more research is added to www.nahb.org/50plusResearch.
