  • 50+ Housing Council Community Bus Tour — Friday, Jan. 13, 8 a.m.-4 p.m.
    The tour includes an overview of Orlando’s 50+ market and stops at two of the area’s premier active adult communities. Registration fee is $75 per person. The tour is guaranteed to sell out, so sign up early.

  • “Meet the Experts” in Active Adult Housing — Thursday, Jan. 12, 9 a.m.-4 p.m. 
    If you’re a builder with questions about the active adult market, don’t miss this “Meet the Experts.” Interact with active adult professionals who can guide you and help you make the correct business decisions to capitalize on this growing market. No fee.

  • Housing Plan/Ad Reviews — Thursday and Friday, Jan. 12 and 13, 9 a.m.-5 p.m.
    Bring your community, clubhouse, and home plans or community ads to be reviewed one-on-one by top active adult and service-enriched architects and marketing professionals. Or, just stop by to get some great tips and ideas. Sign up for an appointment on-site.

  • How to Get Started In Active Adult Housing — Friday, Jan. 13, 9 a.m.-4 p.m.
    New to active adult housing or thinking about getting started? This series of seven sessions will show you how to successfully break into one of the most exciting segments of the housing industry and take you step-by-step through the process. No fee.

  • Active Adult Sales Training Boot Camp — Wednesday, Jan. 11, 8:30-11:30 a.m.
    Increase your sales skills and performance in this hard-hitting, intense training season. Learn from one of the country’s top sales trainers. There is no fee, but class size is limited to 125.
