Active Adult Community Bus Tour
Friday, Jan. 13, 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Tracy Lux of Trace Marketing, Inc., in Sarasota, FL, one of Florida’s leading active adult housing experts, starts off the tour with a market overview. Lux will discuss where the state’s mature buyers come from, what they are looking for, and other demographic information on this burgeoning market.
The first stop on the tour is Avatar Properties' award-winning Solivita, one of Florida’s best-selling retirement communities for ages 55 and better. The next stop is Royal Harbor, a waterfront retirement community by Pringle Development. The final community is Legacy at Leesburg, an age-qualified community by Pringle.
