Best in Design, Marketing Recognized at Awards Luncheon
The 2006 Best of Seniors Housing Awards luncheon, held during IBS at the Rosen Plaza Hotel, was a fitting fête for this year’s winners. More than 200 of the 50+ housing industry’s best and brightest gathered to celebrate their achievements. Attendees enjoyed time to network with their industry peers as well as learn about the teams who contributed to the award-winning projects.
The ceremony was emceed with aplomb by Tim Sullivan, president of Sullivan Group Real Estate Advisors in San Diego, CA. Sullivan’s industry smarts and witty repartee kicked the event into high gear as award winners were called onstage to accept their trophies. 50+ Housing Council staffer Anne Hoar helped winners feel at ease as she handed out trophies and guided winners to their photo op with 2005 Council chair Randy Rinehart.
Display boards created by entrants were showcased on a display near the main NAHB registration area at the Orange County Convention Center. There was quite a bit of traffic as passers-by stopped to check out the stellar entries representing the best of today’s 50+ design. The boards will also be on display at the 2006 50+ Housing Symposium in April.
