50+ Housing Symposium 2006: Building for Boomers and Beyond

The Evolving Market: Looking to the Future

If you are currently building for boomers, active adults, empty nesters, pre-retirees or seniors, you can’t afford to miss Building For Boomers and Beyond: 50+ Housing Symposium 2006. Join us April 24 – 26 at the Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs Resort in beautiful Phoenix, AZ.

New for 2006:

  • More opportunities for education with two full days of educational programs, including the opportunity to get credit towards CAPS, CSP, Master CSP, CGA, CGR, CGB, GMB, CMP, and MIRM designations
  • Keynote speaker Neil Howe will show you how each of today’s different generations is different in its attitude towards family, retirement, health, leisure, finances and risk
  • Former Del Webb CEO LeRoy C. Hanneman Jr. will unlock the door to what motivates boomers and show how to deliver the products they want
  • Expanded Meet the Experts sessions allow you to interact with the most knowledgeable professionals in all facets of the 50+ housing industry
  • Get valuable feedback from industry experts in our one-on-one plan and ad review sessions
  • Exchange ideas with industry leaders in an intimate setting at the Executive Session, expressly designed for CEOs, presidents and other senior-level managers
  • More networking opportunities at two receptions, breakfasts and lunches

This year’s Active Adult Community Bus Tour will visit three of the Phoenix area’s top active adult communities: Del Webb’s Corte Bella, Sundance by Meritage Homes Corporation and Robson Communities’ Pebble Creek, where participants will enjoy a seated lunch in the Tuscany Falls Clubhouse. Reserve your space now—the tour sells out every year.

NAHB members can enjoy the 50+ Housing Council Golf Tournament and BUILD-PAC Reception and Awards Ceremony held Sunday, April 23 during the Symposium. This year's tournament will be played on Lookout Mountain at the Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs Resort. This 18-hole course was named by Golf Digest as one of the 450 best public courses in the country. A reception for BUILD-PAC, NAHB's Political Action Committee, will immediately follow the golf tournament.
