Have A Winning Strategy? Share It!

Do you have an innovative idea or strategy that is working for you? The NAHB 50+ Housing Council wants to hear it. The Council is publishing an e-book called 50+ Strategies for Serving the 50+ Housing Market featuring the best strategies from its members.

Share your industry knowledge and be published in this e-book. Suggested topics include:

  • How to communicate and sell to active adult and older buyers
  • How to market to boomers and beyond
  • Building and design techniques for lifestyle communities
  • Customer service for mature market success
  • Other insights, tips and other lessons learned about serving the 50+ market

Whether you are a builder/developer, architect, interior designer or merchandiser, sales and marketing professional, market researcher, Realtor®, or mortgage broker, the NAHB 50+ Housing Council wants to hear your ideas. Share your strategies with your colleagues in the industry and get published in 50+ Strategies for Serving the 50+ Housing Market.

Your ideas can be simple words of wisdom that apply to this unique market niche. Submissions should be 200 words or less and e-mailed to Jeff Jenkins at jjenkins@nahb.com. Please submit your strategies by Friday, June 16.

NAHB 50+ Housing Council members whose strategies are selected will be entered into a drawing to win a free registration to Building for Boomers & Beyond: 50+ Housing Symposium 2007 in Denver, Colo.
