New Faces at Creating Results

Creating Results, LLC, a full-service, strategic marketing, PR and advertising company, recently hired three new team members in their marketing department.

Alf Steinebach has been hired as client services director, responsible for managing a team of marketing and creative professionals. Mr. Steinebach brings over a decade of marketing experience to Creating Results. 

Brian Clark is the new Marketing Programs Manager and will be responsible for managing the overall marketing, advertising, and PR needs of Slenker Land Corporation and their active adult brand Central Parke^® 55+ Resort Communities.

Beth Mickey joins the company as a Marketing Coordinator. She and her team work with Orion Residential in marketing EOS twenty-one, a multifamily community near Landmark Mall and Four Winds at Oakton, a condominium near the Vienna Metro.

Bill Parks Moves to Laurel Vistas

Bill Parks, who helped create Del Webb's Sun City communities and has enjoyed a successful career as an active adult consultant, has signed on as general manager at Laurel Vistas, a new 55+ community by Pennsylvania's Perry L. Cisney Custom Builder.

"This was a wonderful opportunity to become more actively engaged in community development and lend assistance to Perry as we launch Laurel Communities," said Parks.
