The 2007 Best of 50+ Housing Awards Call for Entries
It’s time to submit your entries for the 2007 Best of 50+ Housing Awards, the premier design and marketing competition for the 50+ housing industry. You have until Feb. 23 to enter your best active adult, service-enriched and multifamily products, as well as your marketing materials promoting these projects.
The 2007 program includes more than 50 categories covering nearly every realm of the 50+ housing industry. Active adult categories include Overall Community, Clubhouse Design, Condominium Unit Design, and Model Home Merchandising. Other design categories include Aging-in-Place, Assisted Living, Congregate-Living Community, Continuing Care Retirement Communities, Mixed-Use, Multifamily Housing, Renovated Seniors Housing and Special Needs Housing.
Winning a Best of 50+ Housing Award allows companies to gain recognition and position their communities as among the best on the market today. It also plays a role in helping to elevate the overall quality of 50+ housing across the country.
The Best of 50+ Housing Awards will be presented on Thursday, May 31 as a special evening event during the Building for Boomers & Beyond: 50+ Housing Symposium (May 30 through June 1) in Denver. This will give your winning entries targeted exposure to movers and shakers in the 50+ housing industry. Winners will be featured on the NAHB Web site and in 50+ Housing Magazine.
