New 50+ Housing Council members and those who want to get involved with the Council are invited to attend this breakfast meeting. Learn about the various national committees and what they do and find out about the Council’s activities and events at the 2007 International Builders’ Show.

Change is inevitable and merely surviving in today's competitive housing market isn't enough. Speaker Paul Montelongo, CSP, CGR, an international authority on sales motivation, will share the secret formula to thriving in an evolving market, especially with savvy active adult consumers, in his presentation titled “Don't Just Survive, Thrive: How to Flourish in an Ever-Changing Market.” Also, join the 50+ Housing Council as it inducts the first designees of its new Certified Active Adult Specialist in Housing (CAASH) designation program. Industry veterans will be honored for their life-time work in the 50+ housing industry. Industry marketing professionals will discuss how active adult communities are succeeding in today's housing market and will share what is going on in their own back yard. Network with your peers and learn from the experts about what's selling in today's marketplace and how you can increase your bottom line.

Moderator Barbara Kleger of 55+ Consulting (Philadelphia) will headline a distinguished panel that includes Bill Becker of The William E. Becker Organization (Teaneck, N.J.), Tracy Bild of Dynamic Performance International (Tampa, Fla.), Kathy East of Creating Results (Woodbridge, Va.), Sandra Quinn of Traditions of America (Philadelphia, Pa.).
