Around the Industry: 50+ Housing Council Members Win Top Awards
The 50+ Housing Council congratulates KEPHART and Slenker Land Corporation on their recent honors.

The Home Builders Association of Greater Chicago recently recognized KEPHART Community.Planning.Architecture projects with 10 Key Awards. An awards competition, the Key Awards is considered one of the most prestigious annual awards events in the United States recognizing exceptional work in the home building industry.

Slenker Land Corporation
Slenker Land Corporation's Central Parke® at Victoria Falls was chosen Best Active Adult Community by the Maryland National Capital Building Industry Association and the Northern Virginia Building Industry Association at the annual Monument Awards ceremony held on November 2.
