Local Council News: CAASH Courses, Upcoming Events

The BA of the Twin Cities' 50+ Housing Council will offer two Certified Active Adult Specialist in Housing (CAASH) courses this fall in Roseville, Minn. Courses include Selling to Active Adults on Thursday, Nov. 8, and Designing for the Active Adult on Friday, Nov. 9.

  • The Greater Washington 50+ Housing Council is hosting a networking breakfast and program titled What Makes An Award-Winning Active Adult Design from 7:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 6, at the Bethesda Marriott Hotel, 5151 Pooks Hill Road in Bethesda, Md. Bill Slenker of Slenker Communities in Springfield, Va., and award winners from Leisure World of Virginia (IDI Group), Dulles Discovery (K. Hovnanian's Four Seasons), Grayson Hill (Interior Concepts) and other communities will be on hand. The Greater Washington 50+ Housing Council serves members of the Maryland-National Capital BIA and the Northern Virginia BIA.
