Be Recognized - Enter The Best of 50+ Housing Awards 2008 Competition

There's still time to enter The Best of 50+ Housing Awards 2008. Presented by the NAHB 50+ Housing Council, The Best of 50+ Housing Awards is the leading design and marketing competition for the seniors housing industry. Whether you are a builder, developer, architect, designer or marketing professional, you can enter this year's competition. Deadline to enter is Feb. 29.

Enter your community designs, model merchandising, and advertising and marketing efforts. The Best of 50+ Housing Awards 2008 features more than 50 categories covering all aspects of the 50+ housing market.

Active adult categories range from overall community and clubhouse design to condominium unit design and model home merchandising. Other design categories include aging-in-place, assisted living, congregate-living community, continuing care retirement communities, mixed-use, multifamily housing, renovated housing and special-needs housing.

Marketing categories allow builders and sales and marketing professionals to compete against the industry’s best. Individual marketing categories are logo, community brochure, direct mail piece/campaign, Web site, black-and-white and color print advertisement, radio and television commercial, sales center and special promotion.

The Best of 50+ Housing Awards gala ceremony will take place May 20, during the 2008 Building for Boomers & Beyond: 50+ Housing SymposiumSM at the Sheraton New Orleans Hotel in New Orleans. The Symposium is the premier networking and educational event for professionals serving the 50+ housing market.
