Marketing Breakfast to Preview 50+ Housing Trends

Industry chatter indicates that the active adult segment of the market is outperforming the rest of the housing industry. But is this assumption really true?

Find out the answers at the NAHB 50+ Housing Council's annual Marketing Breakfast from 7:30-9:30 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 14, during the 2008 International Builders' Show in Orlando. Titled Marketing Trends That Get You Sales: Learn What's Happening Today to Make Sales Soar, this breakfast program will take place in West 107, Level I in the Orange County Convention Center.

Building and marketing professionals from across the country will discuss how active adult communities are succeeding in today's housing market and what is happening with the active adult markets they serve. Speakers include: Barbara Kleger, CAASH, 55+ Consulting, Philadelphia; Bill Becker, CAASH, FELLOW, MIRM, The William E. Becker Organization, Teaneck, N.J.; Bob Tippets, CAASH, Village Communities, Midvale, Utah; Tim McCarthy, Traditions of America, Philadelphia; and Perry DeSanto, The McKee Group, Springfield, Pa.

“The annual Marketing Breakfast is a favorite of attendees at the International Builders’ Show,” said Bob Tippets, 2007 chairman for the 50+ Housing Council and an active adult builder from Utah. “It’s a great place to network with your peers and find out where the 50+ housing industry is headed.”

Cost is $35 per person. Register online today to reserve your spot! Or contact the 50+ Housing Council at 50plus@nahb.com or 800-368-5242 x8220 for more details. [Return to top]
