  • Fall Board 2008 —  September 23-26

    The 2008 Fall Board of Directors Meeting will be held at the San Diego Marriot Hotel and Marina, 333 West Harbor Drive, San Diego, CA, September 23-26. Online registration for the Fall Board of Directors Meeting will open in mid to late July.
     
    Committee meetings will begin on Wednesday, September 24 and the Board of Directors Meeting will take place on Friday, September 26. No Meetings are presently scheduled for September 27 or 28.

    The 50+Housing Council Fall Board Meeting Schedule will be listed in next month's issue.

  • The Aging Revolution Summit — Thursday, September 25

    The Wesley Enhanced Living Foundation, the philanthropic arm of Wesley Enhanced Living, will present its's second-annual The Aging Revolution Summit on Thursday, September 25, 2008, at the Park Hyatt Philadelphia .This national summit will bring together top healthcare and aging services innovators, policy makers and providers to debate and explore critical healthcare issues facing our nation. 

    Speakers:
    Senator Fred Thompson will serve as the 2008 Aging Revolution Summit keynote speaker. David M. Walker, president and CEO of the Peter G. Peterson Foundation, will provide guest commentary on the future of healthcare.
