Jump-Start Your Business with the 50+ Housing Syposium

Budget cutting is the order of the day for most companies, but some expenditures aren't really costs -- they're smart investments. The most cost-efficient thing you can do for your firm this year could well be  attending the 50+ Housing Symposium in Philadelphia in April. If you return with a more effective marketing idea, a more efficient business practice, or a money-saving new product, those savings could more than offset the cost of the Symposium.

For instance:

On Monday, April 27, you can take an in-depth look at Chatfield Farms, a stalled project that was turned around, without dropping prices, by a team of experts. That case study will take place from 2:30 to 4:30.

And on Tuesday, you can choose from sessions on financing strategies, strategic partnerships with retailers, the urban lifestyle, low-cost design impact, and amenities for the next generation of 50+ buyers.

On Wednesday, the choices include sessions on strategies for green development, the market for younger active adults, and how turning clubhouses into “village centers” is more than just a name change.

After you’ve spent the day focused on approaches that can move your company forward, you’ll need to unwind. Philadelphia used to be known as a quiet, straight-laced city, but the last decade has seen smart planning result in a resurgence of a lively downtown, with infill development, and a blossoming of nightlife, arts, culture and exciting restaurants.
