2009 Spring Board Committee Schedule

NAHB's Spring Board Meeting will take place May 25-31, at the Marriott Wardman Park hotel in Washington, D.C. [Note: The 25th is Memorial day, and none of our scheduled meetings take place on that day.]

We've prepared a 50+ and Multifamily committee meeting schedule. The 50+ committees are the ones highlighted in green. 50+ members are invited — even urged — to spend some of their otherwise unscheduled time attending other committee meetings, such as NAHB's Membership committee, the Housing Finance committee,  the Public Affairs committee, or others listed.

The aim of having 50+ members at such meetings is to raise the visibility of the Council to the association as a whole, and to ensure that Council leadership is aware of what the association is doing elsewhere that could have an impact on 50+ activities. This awareness could allow for partnerships with other groups, or provide a chance to avert future problems.
